International shipping

All orders placed on the Nest store must have the same country for the shipping and billing address. If you want to make a purchase in another country, please visit a local Nest retailer or place an order with them online. You can see where Nest products are available on our Where to buy page.

How to check the status of your Nest order

If you placed an order while signed into your Nest Account, you can see your order status in the My orders tab at store.nest.com.

We’ll also send you email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped.

If you made a purchase without a Nest Account, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

The order number starts with the letters NG followed by 11 numbers. You’ll see your order number on the Nest store’s order confirmation page after you check out. It’s also included in the receipt emailed to you.
